Show Funera! Services Held for Martha McKenzie Funeral services were held Friday Fri-day afternoon in the Spanish Fork First ward chapel, for Mrs. Martha McKenzie, 84, widow of Frank McKenzie, Mc-Kenzie, who died Tuesday night of last week, at the home of a daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Verl Jackson, in Spanish Span-ish Fork. Burial was in the Springville city cemetery, under direction of Valley Val-ley mortuary. Mrs. McKenzie had made her home in Springville practically her entire life until the past few years when she went to live with her only daughter in Spanish Fork. She was born in this city, De- cember 12, 1869, the daughter of I Alma and Sarah Jane Alleman ' Spafford. She was married to Mr. McKenzie McKen-zie Oct. 20, 1898 and he died Aug. 20, 1934. She was a member of the LDS church and was also a charter char-ter member of the Spring Creek Daughters of Utah Pioneers camp. Her only survivors are a daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Verl (Helen) Jackson and a grandchild of Spanish Fork. |
