Llewellyn Mapleton Man Chooses Bride from Payson Announcement is made this week of the marriage of Miss Mary Lou Marvin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 0. D. Marvin of Payson, to Junior F. Llewellyn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fay Llewellyn of Mapleton. The wedding ceremony took place in the Payson First ward church on March 30, being performed per-formed by Bishop Money. After their marriage, the couple was complimented with an informal in-formal wedding party at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Jess Brown in Payson, guests including immediate relatives and close friends of the couple. For the wedding ceremony, the bride chose a white taffeta gown with nylon net yoke and ruffles. Her finger-tip veil was edged with lace and arranged to her head with a ruffled cap. Her corsage was of crimson camellias. Attending the bride as bridesmaids brides-maids were Colleen Staley and Joyce Haskel. both of Payson. Morris Llewellyn did best man duties for his brother. . The bride is attending Payson high school and seminary and will graduate this spring. Junior graduated grad-uated from Springville high school and Seminary. They are making their home in Payson. Several social functions have honored the newlyweds including a shower for the bride given at the home of Mrs. Frank Haskel in Payson. Mrs. Llewellyn is also planning a miscellaneous shower for her new daughter-in-law, to be held on Monday evening, April 30, in the Mapleton ward church. |
