Thirty-one persons were injured, in-jured, at least three critically, I when two street cars collided headon in a dense fog on the outskirts out-skirts of the city toaay. The three most seriously injured were believed dying. The cars were traveling at a high rate of speed when the crash occurred, police reported. The wreck occurred on a single track line leading to Ocean Beach. f f
