Show COURT REJECTS BLACKUUSTER WASHINGTON, Nov. 22. CD The supreme court rejected today the latest challenge to eligibility of Associate Justice Hugo L. Biack. The new petition had asked that all questions relating to Black's right to sit on the i bench be settled "once and for all." The challenge was contained in a petition filed last week by i Robert Gray Taylor, Media, Pa., and Elizabeth L. Seymour, Salamanca, Sala-manca, N. Y. They asked permission per-mission to file formal suit against President Roosevelt's only appointee ap-pointee to the tribunal. They had filed a similar request re-quest earlier which was denied by the court last Monday. Their new plea raised several new questions not previously officially brought to the tribunal's attention. |
