Show MEETING IS HELD BY LEGION POST Special to The Tribune. PARK CITY, Aug. 21. A special meeting meet-ing of the Fratik E. Peterson post, Amer- : lean Legion, was hold at the city hall last j evening, with Chairman Thomas Morris ' In charge. Reports of the different com- j mitte.es on organization and membership were read and filed. It was decided that, the members would assist the war moth- 1 ers and war wives to prepare for the 1 welcome-home celebration to be held on Labor day. The chairman was Instructed to send a committee of one to Salt Lake and try to get uniforms for the members, who have none, and also try to obtain rifles or side-arms side-arms for the celebration on Labor clay. The following were appointed a committee commit-tee to draft by-laws for the Legion: Dr. W. J. Bardsley, -William Cone and Fraser Buck. The secretary, William Nell, was ordered to notify the members that an election of officers would be held at the next meeting. The Legion will entertain its members and friends at a barn dance next Wednesday evening at Snyderville. |
