Show $250 FINE ASSESSED i FOR SELLING LIQUOR Special to The Tribune, I OGDEN, Aug. 21. A. B. Fritz, arrested arrest-ed by the sheriff's department and charged with selling' liquor, pleaded guilty , In the city court this morning and was ! sentenced to pay a fine of $250, or serve ! 180 days in jail. Fritz said that he had purchased twelve pints of whisky from a railroad man and had sold part of the purchase. C. H. Miller, M. L.. Blanchard and John Doe, who were arrested with Fritz upon the charge of having liquor In their possession, pos-session, entered pleas of not guilty, and their case was set for hearing next Monday Mon-day morning. The bail of Blanchard and Miller was fixed at $100 each and that of John Doe at $50. |
