On this 21st day of November, A. p. 1919, on leading the foregoing petition it is ordered by the court that a hearing hear-ing be had upon the same on tlie .jlst day of December, A. D. 1919, before said court at Salt Lake City, in said district, 'at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that notice thereof be published in The Salt L&ke Tribune, a newspaper printed in said district, and that all known creditors credi-tors and other persons in interest may appeal' at the said time and piace and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer oi the said petitioner should not he granted.
