OCR Text	Show MAN CONVICTED OF MURDEROUS ASSAULT Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO. Idaho. Xov. 21. C. E. Poindexter. colored, was found guilty by a jury early today on the charge of assault as-sault with intent to commit murder. Poindexter. It p.as alleged, thot Edith Raines, also co'ored. March 9. The shooting shoot-ing occurred when Poindexter alleged lie had been robbed of $400. Tho caae was heard before Judge O. R. Baum. At the morning session of court Louis Kimball pleaded guilty to the charge Ot burglary, ha nging his plea from a former for-mer plea of not guilty. Sentence will be passed on the prisoners in a few days.
