Will Permit Krelsler Recital. LAWREXCE, Mass., Nov. 21. The Lawrence post of the American Legion tonight decided that It would not Interfere Inter-fere with Fritz Krelsle-r's concert here next Sunday, but asked that the violinist play no German music. It was the sense of the meeting that "no other enemy alien (be allowed to give a concert in Lawrence until the treaty of peace is signed." The violinist is on his way here from Louisville, Ky., where he canceled his engagement for a recital last night upon advice of the mayor, after the local American Amer-ican Legion post and other organizations had protested against his appearance.
