Sexton, president of the National Association of Minor Leagues, today advised President Ilickey of the American association that tho special meeting of minor leagues probably will be held in Chicago on Jau-uaiy Jau-uaiy 14, two days before the joint meeting meet-ing of the Ynajor leagues in New York. President . Sexton requested John H. Farrcll of Auburn. N. Y.. secretary of the national association to call a meeting on the date suggested. The minor leaguers will request representation on the national na-tional baseball commission, and if granted, grant-ed, abolish the represent board of arbitral ar-bitral ion. President Uickcy said the club owners of the American association would attend at-tend the Ion it meeting of the major leagues in New York in a body.
