OCR Text	Show MAYOR AND OFFICER CLEARED OF CHARGE LITTLE ROCK, Ark.. Dec. 20. Dr. "D. M. Pixley, mayor of North Little Rock, and Lieutenant Paid Grabiel were acquitted ac-quitted of charges of aron in circuit court today. After the prosecution had presented its evidence. Jndgo Wade instructed in-structed the jury to return a verdict of acpntta 1. The charge grew out of the burning last February of the clubhouse of the Army Athletic association, of which Lieutenant Lieu-tenant tlrabiol was manager and In which Miner l'ivlcy was alleged to havo been interesled.
