OCR Text	Show PROVO PHYSICIAN IS BACK FROM SERVICE Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Dec. 20. Dr. Fred W. Taylor has returned with the rank of major from Fort Stevens, Ore., where he had served in the medical corps since October. Oc-tober. The doctor is well pleased with his army experience, and believes that many of the disciplinary features of the army could be adopted to advantage in civil community life. Dr. Taylor, who is one of the directors of the .Provo General hospital and one of the founders of the institution, enlisted in the medical corps in the winter of 1017-18 and was called into service in the spring and assigned to Fort Douglas, where he was stationed until he was t transferred to Fort Stevens.
