Cancellation of all flour-milling regulations, including includ-ing fair price schedules and the price and quantity restrictions on the sale or wheat flour by millers, which officials expect will result In cheaper flour, was .formally announced late today by the food administration. I Notification of the action was telegraphed tele-graphed last night to all zone agents of i the food administration's grain corporation, corpora-tion, and today there was a sharp rise in the price of wheat, bran and oiher mill feeds on tho Minneapolis market, which ufi'iclals expect to be followed by a drop in flour prices. Existing regulations restricting 'margins 'mar-gins of profit on flour and mill feeds remain re-main in effect, as do general regulations of tho food administration prohibiting profiteering, hoarding and unfair practices, prac-tices, and officials aaid these would be strictly enforced.
