NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF STOCKHOLDERS OF LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY. Notice is hereby given that a special v meeting of the stockholders of Los An- eeles & Salt Lake Railroad company has been called by the president to convene ' at the office of the company, and at ita principal place of business, room 65 in the Kearns building, In tho city of Salt Lake, in the state of Utah, on ih 20ih day of December, 1918. at 2 o'clock p. m. of said day, for the purpose of considering con-sidering and acting upon the following propositions, namely: To consider the expediency of ratifying a certain agreement with ' the director general of railroads relating to opera-tion, opera-tion, compensation and other matters connected with or growing out of the taking over by the president of the United states of the company's railroad and: system of transportation; and any other business that may properly come befors the meeting. , The books for iho transfer of the stock of tills company will be closed for the purpose pur-pose of- said meeting at 2 o'clock p. m. on the Sth day of December, 1918, and reopened at 12 o'clock noon on the Slat day of December, 1318. .
