NOTICE OF SPECIAL STOCKHOLD-ERS' STOCKHOLD-ERS' MEETING, GUARDIAN FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY. Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of this corporation cor-poration has been called by the order of the board of directors, and will be held at the home offices of the company at 334 South Main street. Salt Lake City, Utah, at 3 o'clock p. m. on Friday, the 27th day of December, 1918, for the purpose of considering con-sidering and acting upon the folowing proposals; pro-posals; a) The amendment of article IV of the articles of incorporation: to conform to the "powers conferred upon fire insurance companies" by the slate of New York; (2) The amendment of article VI of the articles of incorporation to read "The amount of the capital stock of this corporation cor-poration shall be two hundred thousand ($200,000.00) dollars, divided into twenty thousand (20,000) shares of the face or par value of ten (310.00) dollars raoii."
