The five-mile run as won by Ted Johnson of the Deseret gymnasium, Salt Lake Citv, his time being 30:08. J. K. Moody of the University of California Cali-fornia set a new far-western record in the 140-yard dash with a time of H9 3-5. C. A. HoeniEehc of the University of California won the I4u-yard hurdles in :f5 2-5, which was better than the far-western far-western record, but ;i record was not allowed al-lowed because the hurdles were not standard stan-dard height. |
