Show PAYSON HIGH WINS FROM SPANISH FORK Special to The Tribune. SPANISH FORK. Sept. 28 In the first football game of the season in this part of the state, the Payson high eleven trimmed the Spanish Fork aggregation, 77 to 0, in an uninteresting contest this afternoon. . Pavson proved to be in good condition and the local lads proved unequal to the game put up by the visitors. During almost al-most the entiregame Payson had the ball in their possession and were rarely held for downs. Spanish Fork never had a chance to score, being forced to punt nearly every time they received the pigskin. pig-skin. The only thing that was in doubt regarding the game was how big a score would be run up by the Payson team. Ballard proved to be the best ground gainer, but he did not score a touchdown.
