H. B. WINDSOR IS AGAIN ON STREET H. B. Windsor, secretary of the Green Monster Mining company, operating at Dutch Mountain, in (he Deep Creek district, dis-trict, near Gold Hill, appeared on the streets yesLerday for the first time stva. January 20. He was the viutim on that date of a street car accident in which he suffered a broken ankle bone, torn ligaments liga-ments and severe bruises. Mr. Windsor is walking now with a crutch and a cane, but says he hopes to be entirely recovered In a short time and visit the Deep Crepk couniry and take an active part in the lvelopment of a recion that he believes to be one of the greatest in the west.
