MAY SEND DELEGATES TO BIG CONVENTION Salt Lake to Be Represented at Gathering Gather-ing of Portland Cement Association Associa-tion in Ban Francisco. Salt Uake probably will Fend two or three delegates to the Portland Cement association convention to be held in San Krancisto April 16 to 18, inclusive, It is announced at the offices of the Utah Portland Cement company. The association, which represents the Portland cement companies throughout the United States, will meet In annual convention to discuss business matters and all forms of road and other construction construc-tion In which cement is becoming an important im-portant factor. The Oregon Short Line offices -were advised ad-vised yesterday that a party of about 123 delegates to the convention from eastern states will pass through Ogden April 15 on a special train of seven standard Pullmans. Pull-mans. This train will be run through from Chicago to Pan Francisco. The special spe-cial will reach Ogden about 9 a. m. on Sunday, April 15. and it is expected that the Salt Lake delegates to the convention will have been selected by that time and will take the special at Ogden.
