Show FINANCIAL AID FOR FRANCE PROBABLE Secretary Lansing Talks With House Leaders on International Situation. WASHINGTON. March Representatives Represent-atives Flood, Harrison and Ragsdale, members of the house foreign affairs committee, discussed the International situation with Secretary Uanslng.
