Show ASKS DIVORCE FROM HER AGED HUSBAND Woman of 31 Seeks Separation From : Man of 72; Cruelty Is Charge. Special to The Tribune. OGDEX. Dec. 5. Because of the disparity dis-parity In their ages Mrs. Kate Christen-son, Christen-son, 31 years of age, has started suit for divorce from X. C. Christensen, 7:' years of age. They were married in tills city April 7, 19o7, and there are now four minor children, ranging in ages from i'O months to S vears. Outlining charges of cruelty, Mrs. Chrls-tenson Chrls-tenson avers in her complaint that the wide difference in ages has made her husband hus-band incompatable. Also he spends little lit-tle of his time at home and when he is home he lives in the seclusion of his room, declares the wife. In order to make work for her, Mrs. Christenson says, lie sprinkles ashes on the bedroom floor and displaces movable objects. The husband is the lather of several grown sons by a former marriage and the present Mrs. Christenson declares he has i turned these sons against her until she fears thev will attempt to poison her. She seeks custody of the children and alimony in addition to a decree of divorce. |
