Show ENLIST. Caninlians in this tonnl-r; should not overlook the fact that conscription b now a part of the la-..- of their land. They are subject to the provisions of the draft law of Canada and their presence pres-ence in this country does not relieve them of the duty of enlisting, in the Canadian armies. Those subject to tlje Canadian law and there are nundreds in Utah and many thousands in the United States should take heed of that law before it is forclv called to their attention. For the sake of their own self-respect they should enlist before they are turned over to the Canadian government. There is just one way they can escape es-cape odium if they do not enlist in the Canadian forces. That will be by enlisting en-listing in the United States forces. In this war for civilization and humanity hu-manity against a Prussian system that would enslave men, no matter wThat part of the globe they occupy, a duty rests upon the citizens of all the allied countries coun-tries to "do their bit" whenever and wherever they can. , |
