Show ACCOUNTING SOUGHT BY MATSON IN SUIT Administratrix Is Cited to Appear in Court With Report of Affairs of Estate. Special io The Tribune. OGDEN, Jan. 7. Ou the petition of Francis U. Matson, one of the heirs, Judge N. J. jlanis issuer an order today to-day citing Mrs. Mary A. Matson, administratrix, ad-ministratrix, to filo in the district court on or before next Friday an accounting of her administration of the estate of George H. Matson, appraised in the sum of $17,000. According to the petition of the son and heir, Mrs. Matson has failed since her appointment in 1911 to make any accounting to the court of her administration of the estate. The action, of the court with respect to the estate of George 11. Matson follows fol-lows a similar action at ho request of the same petitioner wfth respect to the estate ot Mrs. Isabella J. Matson, mother of George H. Matson. The property of this estate, of which Mrs. Mary A. Matson is also administratrix, is located in Jones county, Iowa. The administratrix, her son, Francis Or. Mat-son, Mat-son, and two minor children are the heirs. In this estate Mrs. Matson was required re-quired under order of tho court to make accounting today, but she had failed to do so up to 5 o'clock. Through his attorney, Harry 8. Harper of Salt Lake, the son declared today that proceedings pro-ceedings charging contempt would be started unless the accounting be filed in accordance with the order of the court. |
