Harris to- j day of further liability ou a surety bond of $1,215,000 furnished for Mrs. Bertha Kcc.les as guardian of three minor heirs of the late David Eeeles. The ;idniinin-tralor ;idniinin-tralor of the estate was instructed to I'iirnish a personal bond, covering the estates of two minor heirs, for $71,000. In response to the reonest of the Aetna company. Mrs. Eecles today filed an aceoiiMUnK of her guardianship showing show-ing that there hnn been no distribution of the estate and that, she therefore had received no money beloninti- to the minor heirs. As agreed upon several weeks ago. nil of the property of the estate has been turned in as 'stock in the David Eceles company, articles of incorporation for which have nhoadv been filed. ' I It was also shown by tho statement of the (juardian that s'ho has been re-lievod re-lievod ot guardianship of Vivian A. Kc-des Kc-des because the daughter has attained her majority since the death of her father. Mrs. Ecclos is still retained as guardian for William J. and Homer G. Eccles. It is the intention of the estate, es-tate, according to the attorneys, to file a personal bund for Mrs. Kceles, as guardian, in order to save the heavy expense ex-pense of a surety bond. The action of tho Aetna company waa taken at the request of the estate. |
