Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT, PROBATE division, in and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah. In tiie matter of the estate and guardianship of Henry W., William B. and Marjorio S. Oddie, minors. Notice. The petition of Annie Oddie. guardian of the persons and estates of Henry W.. William B. and Marjorie S. Oddie, minors, for confirmation of the sale of the following follow-ing described real estate of said minors, to wit: An undivided two-thirds interest in and to the following descrihed real estate situated sit-uated in Bingham Canyon, Salt Lake county, Utah : First subdivision : Beginning at corner No. 2 of Copper Cent lode No. 54 7 S, thence north 4 4 degrees de-grees 44 minutes east 2.25 feet ; thence south 31 degrees 26 minutes east 30 feet; thence sou;h 51 degrees 01 minute west feet: thence, north 24 degrees 05 minutes min-utes west 34.2 feet; thence north 63 degrees de-grees 5t minutes east 20.19 feet to the piaee of beginning, together with the one-story frame residence situated thereon there-on and all outbuildings thereon and belonging be-longing thereto, with all other improvements improve-ments belonging to the said premises; Excepting from this conveyance, however, how-ever, any and all portions of said tract of land that may lie on or be included within the Mirror lode mining claim, and reserving to the grantor herein the right, privilege and easement to mine and remove re-move from beneath the surface of said tract of land all metals and minerals therein in search of the same, all being and situate on the Copper Cent mining claim, patented ; Second subdivision : Beginning at a point south 63 degrees 56 minutes west 20.19 feet from corner No. 2 of the Copper cent lode No. 547,8; thence south 34 degrees 05 minutes east 34.2 feet; thence south 51 degrees 01 minute west 26.5 feet ; thence north 34 degrees 05 minutes west 40.13 feet; thence north 63 degrees 56 minutes east 26.63 feet to the place of beginning, together with all improvements situated on said premises and belonging thereto; Excepting from this conveyance, however, how-ever, any and all portions of said tra ct of land that may lie on or be included within the Mirror lode mining claim, and reserving to the grantor herein the right, privilege and easement to mine and remove re-move from beneath the surface of said tract of land all metals and minerals therein in search of the same, all being and situate On the Copper Cent mining claim, patented. Both the above described pieces of real property are subdivisions comprising the following described real estate: That certain piece or parcel of surface ground lying and beine on the northerly side of Carr Fork. Bingham Canyon, Salt Lake county, state of Utah, commencing at the northeast corner of the John Parrel Par-rel lot. and thence easterly a nd down Carr Fork along the northerly side line of the county road, a distance of sixty-three' sixty-three' feet, more or less, thence northerly back to the base of the hill fifty feet, thence westerly sixty feet, more or less, and thence southerly and along the easterly east-erly side line of the Farrel lot to the place of beginning, together with the one-story one-story frame residence situated thereon, and all outbuildings thereon and belonging thereto, with all other improvements belonging be-longing to the raid premises, all being and situate on tiie Copper Cent mining claim, patented: Excepting from this conveyance, how-ver, how-ver, any and all portions of said tract of land that may lie on or be included within the Mirror lode mining claim, and reserving to the grantor herein the right. . privilege and easement to mine and re-, re-, move from beneath the surface of said tract of land, all metals and minerals therein in search of the same; all in the I West Mountain mining district, county and state aforesaid, for the sum of $1033.32, a nd upon the following terms, to wit: Ten per cent cash and the balance bal-ance of the purchase price cashyiipon confirmation con-firmation of these sales by the court, as appears from the return of sale filed in this court, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 26th day of January. A. D. 1917. at 2 o'clock p. m. at the county courthouse, court-house, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
