Anderson, according to his story to the court, was arrested because he used a team owned by F.d Smith, a farmer, by whom he was employed, without Smith's consent. The complaint upon which Anderson An-derson was arrested was obtained from Brighain legg. justice of the peace, before be-fore he went out of office. It is prbhable that the case against Anderson will be dismissed. |
