Molcolm McAdoo, Mc-Adoo, brother of the secretary of the treasury, and- Pliny Kisk. both of whoso names were mentioned by Mr. Ijawson in I his testimony at Washington, issued statements tonight denying any ronnei-- 1 tion with the alleged "leak." Mr. McAdoo Mc-Adoo said : "I don't know Lawson. T never saw him. I am not connected with this leak in any way except what 1 have seen in i ho newspapers. I have no connection with the administration and 1 have no influence in-fluence with it. I am a brother of tin secret ;irv of the treasury and have been his brother for fifty-one and one-halt yuars, but T am not entitled to criticism on that account." Mr. Fisk said: "There is no truth nnd no basis of t rut h in the statements as reported to me. Tliev a p pear to be the product of n disordered brain." |
