Show REPLY OF GREECE IS MOT SATISFACTORY Entente Powers, Through Italian Minister, Demand Acceptance of Ultimatum. ATHfiSS, Jan. 15, 10:30 a. m., via London, Lon-don, 10 p. m. The entente powers, through tiie Italian minister, have insisted on unqualified acceptance of the last entente en-tente ultima turn, considering tiie Greek SsOverinnctu's reply equivocal. H is staled in government circles that while maintaining that the observations accompanying Greece's reply in nowise constituted reservations vitiating- the fullest full-est acceptance of the ultimatum, the government gov-ernment is willing to repeat its acceptance ac-ceptance categorically, as desired. A dispatoh from Athens January 10 said Greece's acceptance of the entente ultimatum contained certain reservations. A dispatch from London two days later said the reply was not entirely satisfactory satisfac-tory and that Greece would be Informed that, although it was gratifying as far as it went, more definite acquiescence was necessary. An example was cited In the case of the Veniz-dist prisoners, whose release was demanded by the entente i mined i-a i-a tely. The Greek reply agreed to free them, hut ci i d not stipulate when their release should take place. |
