Show PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO FORGERY CHARGE F. C. Lyngberg Alleged to Have Collected Col-lected Trespass Damage by Means of False Instrument. F. C. Pyngberg, a farmer of Pleasant Green, was arraigned before Frank B. Scott, justice of the peace, yesterday on a charge of having forged a damage assessment as-sessment concerning trespass of horses upon his land. Pyngberg is alleged to have collected trespass damage from Thomas Moore and EC Bise. neighboring farmers, by means of forged damage appraisements. He is alleged to have forged the name of H. L. Stone of Salt Pake. Stone Us said not to have been in Pleasant Green in five years. Pyngberg entered a plea of not guilty and hearing; was set for next Thursday. Mis hearing on a charge of stealing water wa-ter for irrigation is also set for Thursday Thurs-day before Frank B. Scott, justice of the peace, having been brought to the local court on a change of venue. Pyngberg is the employer of Henry Richenberg, convicted and fined 25 recently re-cently on a charge of retaking eight pigs held for trespass damage bv order of a deputy sheriff. The pigs 'belonged to Pyngberg. Richenberg has appealed his case. |
