Walter Russell, pastor. The address was in no sense along partisan lines, but waa an exposition of the qualities which the speaker deemed the nation's executive should possess. He made no mention of any of (he presidential candidates before the public at the present time, confining his discussion dis-cussion to t ho essential qualifications for the executive.
