NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF THE NEW STOCKTON MINING COMPANY. COM-PANY. To the stockholders of tho New Stockton Mining company: Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of the New Stockton Mining company will be held on the 21st day of October, lEtlt;, at tho office of the company on the ground floor of the Newhouse building, at the1 southeast south-east corner of Exchange place and Main street, in tho city and county of Suit Lake, state of Utah, at 4:30 o'clock p. m.. and that the purpose of eaid meeting is and will be that of acting upon a proposition propo-sition to amend the articles of incorporation incorpora-tion of the said company by adding thereto there-to a new and independent section, to be designated as paragraph 9-A, said section sec-tion to read as follows: "The business of this corporation may be carried on at Mankato, Minnesota, and at such other places outside the slate of Utah as tile board of directors may by resolution from time to time designate; and the board of directors may meet at said Mankato, Man-kato, Minnesota, and at such other places outside the state of Utah and exercise all the corporate powers and do all corporate cor-porate business of the company at such place or places."
