McDanlel, prosecuting attorney, was arrested ar-rested here tonight on a state warrant charging him with the murder of his wife, Harriet Moss McDanlel, who was found, dying In her bedroom the night of July 13. MrDaniel laughed when arrested, and on the way tu police heado,uarters obtained ob-tained permission to buy some cigars. . Sirs. McOaniel was found dying by her husband, who told during an exhaustive coroner's Inquest of a mystifying and sensational series of circumstances which excited public feeling to a high pitch.
