Show TRUANT OFFICER TO REPORT DELINQUENTS Special to The Tribune. OGIEN Sept. 24. Detailed and authentic au-thentic information rega rdiug graduates of the three junior high schools who have not enrolled at the senior Inch school so far this year will be furnished to the board of education at its next regular meeting on Friday night, when the truant officer for the cit y schools makes 1 his report. Information on the subject 'was requested hy the hoard more than a week ago upon the suggestion of Director H. H. I lendersnn. According to unconfirmed reports which reached members, only a few of the junior high school graduates, in comparison to the total number which completed the course last fall, registered at the senior high school at the opening of the school year. The board desires to know whether wheth-er these students are now attending the Weber academy, Sacred Heart academy or are not attending any school. The. complete list of graduates in the junior institutions has been furnished to the truant tru-ant officer, who is now checking up the list with parents of the children! |
