Sterling company of Spanish Fork by the Utah County Wholesale Meat company, com-pany, the Rose Pickle & Vinegar company com-pany and the Provo Meat & Packing company, the Orilen Provision & Packing company and Henry E. Sutherland, who declare themselves creditors in different amounts. Jared W. Summerhays. a clerk of the Denver & Rio Grande company has filed a petition in voluntary bankruptcy.
