Wd e ren s , a petition was, on the 1 S th day of April. 1916. filed herein for an adjudication ad-judication of bankruptcy against N. p. Stathakos, and it appears therefrom that ff.'ild bankrupt ts not within the district fund that personal service of the subpoena heroin cannot lie made on him therein; now, on motion of Messrs. Howat, Slac-Millan Slac-Millan & Nebeker and Ti. H. Btitterfield, attorneys tor said petitioners, II is ordered: That paid X. P. Stathakos appear and fiend, answer or demur to said petition on or before the loth day of May, 1918. That service of such eubpoeiia be made by pulishfng this order, together with said subpoena, in the Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper published at Salt Lake City and county, in said district, once a week for two consecut ive weeks, thr- last of sii'-h publications to be on the Ith dav of May. 10K; and by mailing a copy of "this order and said petition and subpoena to the last known place of abode of tht said N.
