JUDGE LENIENT WITH ALLEGED GAMBLERS After conplderatlon of their counsel's statement that each defendant was a working man and did not have money enough to pav a fine. Judge E. A. Rogers in the criminal division of the city court, suspended sentence yesterday afternoon in the case of seven young men who had bfen arrested Tuesday on charges of gambling. Lester Button. B. E.
