Sandberg, administrator ad-ministrator of the estate of John S. Sandberg, Sand-berg, deceased, for confirmation of the sale of the following described personal property, of said deceased, to wit: 400 shares Sioux Consolidated Mining stock; 200 shares Utah Mine stock; 14 shares of Wasatch Mining stock ; 100 shares Consolidated Con-solidated Mercur slock; 15 shares Daly-West Daly-West stock, for the sum of $71. SS, terms, cash upon confirmation by this court; and for the distribution of the residue of the estate of said deceased and the discharge of the said administrator and release of his bondsmen, as appears from the return of sale and petition filed In this court, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 12th day of May, A.
