Francis, praying pray-ing for the admission to probate of a certain cer-tain document, purporting to be the last will and testament of Frederick W. Francis, deceased, and for the granting of letters testamentary to said Cora I. Francis has been set for hearing on Friday, Fri-day, the 12th day of May, A. D. 1916, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
