Burdick is leading- John II. Frame, with Lynn .1. Frazier, the farmers' nonpartisan non-partisan league candidate for governor, running close to the vote which Burdick is receiving. There was a heavy rural vote, in spite of the heavy rains. The reports from the Democratic vote are being slowly received. D. Jl. MoArthur is leading all Democratic Demo-cratic candidates for nomination as governor gov-ernor on the returns received tonight.
