Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT. PROBATE division, in and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Thomas Morgan, deceased. Notice. The answer and croas-oetition of J. W. McKinney. as administra tor or i he estate es-tate of Grace E. JohnBon and of Marv W. Delahay. John T. Detahay and Mrs. Panchie M. Colion, praying that the petition pe-tition of the Utah Savings & Trust company, com-pany, administrator of the estate of said Thomas Morgan, for the approval and settlement set-tlement of its final account, be not allowed al-lowed until said account shall be corrected cor-rected ; and that t he petit ion of A. R. Barnes, attorney general of the stat e of Utah, praying for a decree of this court escheating and distributing the resldtte of said estate of Thomas Morgan, deceased, to the state of Utah, be denied, and that the residue of said estate be distributed to the estate of Grace. E. Johnson, deceased, de-ceased, and t he cross-petili oners above named ; and that all persons interested appear before said court to show cause why said cross -petition should not be granted, has been set for hearing on Thursday, the 11th day of November. A. D. 1915, at 10 o'clock a. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake countv, Utah.
