Notice is-hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors held on the 21st day of August. 1015, an assessment of 1 cent per share was levied on the capital stock of the corporation, payable immediately to Robert L. Judd, assistant secretary, at his offue, 811 Mclntyre building. Main street. Salt Take City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the 1st day of October. 1915. will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction; and unless payment pay-ment is made before, will be sold on the 20th day cf October. 1915, at 10 o'clock a m. at said assistant secretary's office, to pay 1 he delinquent assessment, together to-gether with the cost of advertising and the expenses of sale.
