ORDER OF NOTICE THEREON. District of Utah. On this 3d day of September. A. D. 1915. on reading the foregoing petition, it is ordered or-dered by the court that a hearing be had liponft the same on the 11th day of October, A. D. 1915, before said court at Salt Lake City, in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that notice thereof be published in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed In said district, and that all known creditors and other persons In interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any thev have, why the prayer of the said petitioner should not be granted. nd it is further ordered by ihe court that the clerk shall send by mail to all known creditors copies of said petition and this order, addressed to them at their places of residence as stated.
