Show DIFFERENCES ARE CLAIMED SETTLED Dispatch Received in Paris Says That Rumania and Austria Have Adjusted Ad-justed Controversy. PARIS, Sept. 6, 3:40 p. m. A Havas dispatch from Bucharest, filed Friday, says : The differences between Rumania and Austria-Hungary regarding Rumanian Ru-manian exports to Austria and the transportation of German goods to Bulgaria, through Rumania, have been settled. Austria and Germany will provide freight cars for exports from Rumania, which In turn will permit the transit through Us territory of Bulgarian goods, except those which might be used for military purposes. Rumanian commissioners, with the ministers of finance, commerce and public works, will supervise exports and imports in transit. They already have stopped freight cars loaded with zinc and copper destined for Germany. |
