The Nebo high school commenced the year's work yesterday with a competent corps of teachers, who report that 138 pupils have already reported for . enrollment, with nearly 100 In the Junior high school department, de-partment, which Is on trial here for the first time, but already is fairly well organized or-ganized and promises to he a successful venture. The high avhool staff follows: X. John Nu trail. Jr.. principal: T nomas A. Stokes, history and economics : Mrs. John Brown Fonnosbeck, Knglish; Jtoseph F. Skinner, agrlcult ure and mechanical arts; Isaac T. Brockiank, Jr., German and huelness course : Kenneth I. Kuhre. science; Miss Jean Cox. domestic science and domestic art; Benjamin Argyle. mathematics; William Tlolt, music; John T. Morgan, English and eight h grade work. The grade schools of Spanish Fork have an enrollment of 950 foi the first two days. There are 1315 children of sr-liool age in trie district, but a igood many of these ore in the high school department, having completed the eighth grade work, and the enrollment given does not include two outside schools. |
