Show LOVERS OF MUSIC WILL BE ON HAND Success of Fhilharmonic Concert at Empress Theater Sunday Appears Assured. Clarence J. 'Hawkin?, an officer of the fe'alt Lake Philharmonic orchestra, said last niKht that he was more than confident confi-dent that the orchestra would have a crowded house Sunday afternoon for its concert at the Empress theater. One of the orchestras of Oaclen has engaged twenty-eight seals, the B. Y. U. of Provo has reserved an eciual number. Sprlng-ville. Sprlng-ville. Brigham City and other towns are rapidlv making reservations. In the cltv. the Musical Arts Society of Utah, with mor" than ZOO members, will occupv a block of seats: the Unl-versltv Unl-versltv of 'Utah orchestra and students have "reserved fifty seats. the public school orchestras will be represented and the Oratorio society will alto be present In force. A number of other musical organizations or-ganizations and schools have given their sppport. It Is eratlfYlnir to the orchestra members, mem-bers, said Mr. Hawkins, to be assured of a good audience after months of hard work. The orchestra Is composed of the best musicians in the city and their work is of a hi eh standard.
