Show TO USE DANCE FUND FOR INJURED PUPIL High School Students Plan to Care for Victim of Football Game. i Within the next few days a check room will be opened at the West Side high school, where the boya can check their 1 overcoats during school hours. In the past they have been obliged to nan? these In the halls of the buildings. This has resulted in confusion and at times even loss of coats. In the new check room overcoats will be taken care of at little, j or no charge to the students. It has been determined that the pro- ' ceeds of the Red and Black dance, which will be given December 23, will go to the athletic associations of the two high schools to pay the expenses of Wllford Roniney, who waa injured in a football game in October between the schools. It has always been the custom for the associations to assume such expenses, but this year no admission has been charged for the games. As a result the associations were in no financial position to bear the expense unless a new way of raising money was devised. Roniney, who had his left leg severely broken, is recovering rapidly. |
