Show SENIOR GIRLS WIN FROM JUNIOR TEAM Show Much Ability at Hitting Ball; Freshmen Play Juniors Today. The seniors of the East sido high school vesterday won from the junior girls' Indoor In-door baseball team In a slugging match, by a score of 31 to 21. The seniors are now tied with the freshmen for first place. Today the Juniors and freshmen Play- A remarkable feature of yesterday s game was the clean-cut batting by both teams. Scarcely any of the hits were of the scratch variety and line drives bv both teams featured. 'Miss llorothy Cook, pitcher for the seniors, had lots of speed, together with control, and although hit hard at times made several juniors strike out. Miss Alice Newman, behind the bat for the seniors, also played well, although Miss Ann Newman of the Juniors pressed her sister hard for premier honors. Miss Pearl Oswald, at first base, played a stellar stel-lar game.
