It is officially announced that Suchi Bey late governor of Basra, Asiat 0 Turkey commander of the Turkih forces at Kurna yesterday surrendered uncondi tionally with his trpops to the Ind an expeditionary force which s operat ng j at the head of tho Pers an gulf , Kurna subsequently was occupied by the Bntish who are now in complete control of the country from the June tion of the Tigns and Euphrates rivers to the sea and of the richest part of the fertile delta.
