Show PROVO HAS OVERDRAFT. City Auditor's Report for November Shows Status of Various Funds. Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Dec. 9. At the meeting of the city commission this morning CUy Auditor Audi-tor Alice Brown submitted her report for November, showing receipts amounting to $17,661.12 and disbursements S7.534.65. There is an overdraft in the general fund of S43,S29.09 and balances of $15.-520.79 $15.-520.79 in the water works bonds redemption redemp-tion fund and $:'3,125.66 in the truPt department, de-partment, leaving a net overdraft of $21 S2.G4. There are outstanding $15$, 000 1 water works bonds. 1 Chief of Police W. F. Gllfts reported 273 arrests for November. Of these 243 were for "lodging" only. The others are distributed as follows: Vagrancy, 7; Intoxication, In-toxication, S; petit larceny, 4; violation of bicycle ordinance, 3; demented, 1; disorderly dis-orderly conduct, L'; fighting, 2; insane, 1; i medical aid. 1; window peeping, 1. Forty-eight days' work was done by prisoners and 6S2 meals were served. |
