It has boon docldcd to adopt tho stylo of inverted arc lamp now being- demonstrated demon-strated at tho corner of Twenty-fourth atroct and Washington avenue. Extending: from Wall avenue to Washington Wash-ington on Twenty-fifth street and between be-tween Twenty-second and Twcnty-ubcth Mtrcotn on WashlnKton avenue there will be fourteen of the arc llghta to each block, seven on each side of tho thor-oiiKhfnrfi. thor-oiiKhfnrfi. The poles will havo a total height of twenty-three foot above the sidewalk level. The inverted in-verted arc lamp on an orna.mental bracket brack-et will bcx placed twelve feet above the sidewalk and the wires supporting the street car trolley will be attached to the flop.
